Edward Leigh MP on the EU financial crisis

We are sorry to announce that the event has been cancelled as the speaker was called to Russia to monitor the upcoming Presidential elections.

EDWARD LEIGH MP, EX CHAIR OF THE PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE

On the 1st March the Christ’s Politics Society will welcome Edward Leigh MP. From 2001 to 2010 he was the chairman of the powerful Public Accounts Committee, which scrutinises public sector spending, and is today one of the most influential euro-sceptic rebels. He will talk on the EU financial crisis, and how this affects the Conservative/Lib Dem coalition.

Do not miss this opportunity to hear from a famously bold and engaging speaker!

DATE: Thursday 1st March
